Store Leads Alternatives: One-Time Shopify Lists vs Subscriptions
Store Leads alternatives compared on price and data: StoreCensus, StoreRadar and ShopScoutr, with plans checked on each site on 10 Oct 2026.
If you sell to Shopify merchants, you have probably looked at Store Leads and winced at the price of the plan that lets you export. The good news is that you have three real alternatives, and they split into two models: a monthly subscription to a searchable database, or a one-time CSV you download and keep.
The short answer: if you need a huge, always-fresh database and you will query it every week, StoreCensus is the cheapest subscription that exports. If you want a file you pay for once, StoreRadar (the full database) and ShopScoutr (a smaller, ad-focused list) are the two one-time options. Prices below were checked on each vendor's own site on 10 October 2026 and will change.
Store Leads alternatives at a glance
| Tool | Model | Price to export | Size | Best for |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Store Leads | Monthly subscription | Pro $250 a month (Premium at $75 a month is for the interactive UI) | Full platform data | Teams that need automations and CRM enrichment |
| StoreCensus | Monthly subscription | Free plan; Starter $49 a month; Professional $99 a month adds decision-maker contacts | 4.7M stores listed | Agencies that search and re-export often |
| StoreRadar | One-time CSV | $199 once; $399 a year with verified emails and fresh exports | 2.8M stores, 1.6M with emails | A one-off bulk file of the whole ecosystem |
| ShopScoutr | One-time CSV | $29 launch price, $149 list, once | 10,000+ stores with a contact email | Agencies and freelancers who want stores already running ads |
Why look for a Store Leads alternative
Store Leads is a full data platform, and its pricing page shows it: the Premium plan at $75 a month is for interactive use of the interface, and the Pro plan at $250 a month is the one described as including exports. That is a fair price for a team that lives in the data. It is a lot for a freelancer who wants one list to email once.
There is also a fit question. A database of millions of stores is only useful if you can narrow it to the few hundred worth contacting. That filtering is the real work, whichever tool you pick.
StoreCensus: the cheapest subscription that exports
StoreCensus has a free plan and says paid export starts at $49 a month (Starter, 2,000 credits), with decision-maker contacts from $99 a month (Professional). It lists more than 4.7 million stores and filters by revenue range, traffic, technology spend and creation date. It also pushes lists to tools such as Instantly, Smartlead and Apollo. If you will keep searching month after month, a subscription like this is the better value than buying a static file. Check the credit limits against your list size before you commit.
StoreRadar: the whole database as one CSV
StoreRadar sells a single CSV of about 2.8 million Shopify stores with 53 columns per row for a one-time $199. Its own pricing page says 1.6 million of those rows have an email, and that the emails in the base file are raw, not deliverability-checked. A verified-email add-on and a year of fresh exports cost extra ($399 a year in total). It is the right pick if you want everything and plan to filter it yourself.
ShopScoutr: a smaller list that starts qualified
Full disclosure: ShopScoutr is our product, so weigh this entry accordingly. It is a one-time CSV of 10,000+ Shopify stores, each with the owner's published contact email, the ad pixels detected (Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest and Google), estimated monthly traffic and paid-traffic share, theme, a 0 to 100 SEO score and country. It costs $29 at the launch price and is listed at $149 afterwards. There is no subscription.
The trade-offs are real. It is 10,000 stores, not millions, and it covers Shopify only. Traffic and paid share are modelled estimates, so use them to rank and filter, not to quote in a proposal. The emails are the addresses stores publish and are not verified, so run them through a verifier before a big send. And you may not resell the raw file. There is a free 300-row sample with every column unredacted, so you can test it on your niche first.
How to choose
- You will search every week and want fresh data: a subscription (StoreCensus, or Store Leads if you need its automations).
- You want a one-time bulk file of every store: StoreRadar.
- You sell SEO, CRO or ads and want stores that already spend on advertising, without filtering millions of rows: ShopScoutr.
- You are not sure: start with a free sample or free plan from two of them, and compare the first 50 rows you would actually email.
